Although we would like you to stay with us, if you decide to close your account on payzy pro, you can do so by following the steps below:
What should you do first?
To proceed with the deactivation of your account:

Use or transfer your balance, either:
- by making purchases with your card,
- or by transferring the amount to a bank account of another bank (there is a fee of €0.50 after the first 5 free transfers per month).
- If the balance is insufficient for transfer, you need to top up your wallet first and then complete the transfer.

Make sure that:
- there are no pending transactions that have not been cleared,
- there are no open refund requests.
How do you request deactivation?
Once you have ensured that the above conditions are met, you can request deactivation:
- By sending an email to support@payzypro.gr with the relevant request.
An authorized representative of COSMOTE Payments will take care of completing the process.
Note:
Currently, new registration is not supported in the payzy pro application. If you close your account, you will not be able to create a new one.
