To submit a transaction reversal request:
- Go to Wallet.
- Select the transaction you are interested in.
- At the bottom of the screen, select "Transaction Reversal Investigation".
- Choose the reason for the request and then "Confirm".
Once you submit your request, we will be notified and will contact the beneficiary organization, the bank, or the other involved bank to investigate the possibility of reversing the transaction.
Note: Submitting a reversal request may incur charges.
