Please follow these steps to issue a refund:
- You can find all the transactions that have been made at your business in the "Shop transactions".
- Select the transaction that you wish to cancel.
- Select "Refund", which you can find within the transaction details.
- Select "Complete" on the screen that appears after clicking "Refund".
Once the transaction refund is approved with your biometric data, you will immediately receive the cashback amount, which you gave to the customer and the customer will immediately receive the amount of their purchase, as well as the tip amount, if given.
