If you want to use your debit card abroad — either for payments at POS, or for online purchases from foreign stores — you must first activate the "Cross border transactions" option through the payzy pro app.
Here’s how to do it:
- Open the payzy pro app.
- Go to the "Cards" section.
- Tap on "Settings".
- Activate the "Cross border transactions" option.
If this option is disabled, your card will not work for transactions outside Greece, neither in stores, nor at ATMs, nor online.
Your card supports Visa payments, so it can be used at millions of locations worldwide — as long as you have activated the correct setting.
